Our BoatWagon and its
accessories have been submitted to a U.S. testing facility
that is recognized both here and in the international arena.
Once our BoatWagon was tested against Toy Industry Standards
(TIS), it was confirmed that we have a sound and viable
design. Included in the report was that all paints and
finished comply with the necessary toxicity requirements as
set forth by U.S. TIS. (These finishes and paints are uniform
with all Sailon-Art products.)
We requested an age rating
recommendation: They recommend an age usage of 18 months up
to 5 years with a load rating of 100 pounds.

to us. We DO NOT sell or share your personal information to any third
parties or affiliates. We only reveal your information when
legally obligated or to collect a debt.

Payments are accepted through PayPal. They provide the
service free to you and through a secure server. If you would
like to pay through another method, please contact us and we
will assist you as best we can.
Each piece is hand built.
Therefore, each has its own character. All are created in the
same motif. However, minor cosmetic variations will be
noticeable symbolizing the uniqueness of your piece. The same
methodology and construction are used in each which maintains
the structure and integrity of your Sailon-Art, Incorporated
piece. Most importantly, each of our limited edition
creations is custom built, signed and dated.
Due to the nature of
hand-crafted art, construction times will vary. When your
order is received and accepted, you will be sent a Completion
Date Estimate via e-mail. If you have any questions regarding

Shipping will be charged
per item. A $25.00 shipping/handling fee will
apply for UPS standard/ground. If you require quicker
delivery, please click

placing your order. Please note that due to shipping
size restrictions, Bimini Tops must ship separately from the
BoatWagon.
Contact us immediately
upon receipt of the damaged product. Be prepared to provide
us with an accurate, detailed description of the item's
damage. Please also take into account the condition of the
box. We will arrange pick up of the damaged item and will
determine if the item can be properly repaired or if a new
product must be created for you.
BoatWagons and BoatCases
may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. If a
return is necessary, we must be notified within 48 hours of
the package being received. A thirty percent (30%) restocking
fee will apply. The customer is responsible for return
shipping and insurance fees. The product must be
insured for no less than the original purchase price.
Additionally, the product must be returned in its original
carton and packaging. (Using the original carton and
packaging will make this much easier for you!)
When we confirm that the
product is received by us in its original condition, a credit
will be issued for the original purchase price minus the
restocking fee.
Returns on WineCases are
not accepted.
This strict policy is
necessary due to the custom specifications of each piece.

All Sailon-Art, Incorporated products hold a one year warranty
for parts and labor against defects in workmanship. (See
Cleaning, Care and Quality below.)
In the event of a back order situation, you will be advised
via e-mail by us with in 24 hours of receipt of your order. A
Completion Date Estimate will be given.
Sailon-Art, Incorporated products are of an interior quality.
They are not to be left outside exposed to the elements of
nature (rain, extreme cold/heat, high humidity, etc...) nor
any other environment that would be considered abusive or
extreme. We use the best exterior glues and marine grade
varnishes available.
If rub marks or other markings appear on the varnished area,
lightly rub a nylon pad (kitchen sink type) against the area in a
light, circular
motion for no more than five seconds. Wipe clean with a
clean, damp (not wet) white cotton cloth. Repeat once if
necessary. If this does not remedy the situation,
mail us with a
description of the problem and we will help.
